4 locals make Georgia State’s Dean’s List
ATLANTA, Ga. — Georgia State University has announced its Fall 2020 semester Dean’s List.
To be eligible for the Dean’s List, degree-seeking students must have earned a GPA of at least 3.5 with a minimum of nine semester hours of academic credit taken at Georgia State during the fall or spring term with no incompletes for the semester. Eligible students must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 for all classes taken at Georgia State.
Four students with local ties made the List, according to a report from the school, including: Chiyere Arinze of Waxhaw, studying/majoring in Psychology; KeAja Lockhart of Charlotte, studying/majoring in Criminal Justice; Khina Mishra of Matthews, studying/majoring in Accounting; and Abena Fredua-Agyeman of Waxhaw, studying/majoring in Psychology.
3 locals on Wheaton College’s Dean’s List
WHEATON, IL — Wheaton College (Ill.) has announced its Dean’s List for the Fall 2020 semester. To earn Dean’s List honors at Wheaton, an undergraduate student must carry 12 or more credit hours and achieve a 3.5 grade point average or higher on the 4.0 scale.
Three students with local ties made the List, according to a report from the school, including: Nathaniel McGowan of Matthews, Aaron Zimmerman of Waxhaw and Emily Keefer of Stallings.
Schupp on Georgia Tech’s Dean’s List
ATLANTA, Ga. — Elizabeth Schupp of Waxhaw, NC made the Dean’s List for the Fall 2020 semester at the Georgia Institute of Technology, according to a report from the school.
This designation is awarded to undergraduate students who have earned a 3.0 grade point average or higher for the semester.
Insolia makes Dean’s List at Sherman College
SPARTANBURG, SC — Nicholas Insolia of Waxhaw, NC, has been named to Sherman College of Chiropractic’s Dean’s List for grades earned during the fall 2020 academic quarter, according to a report from the school.
Dean’s List students have achieved a grade point average of at least 3.5 for the quarter.
