WINGATE — Twelve students from Union County earned graduate degrees at Wingate University in December 2020, according to an announcement from the communications department.

Those who earned their degrees and their hometowns include:

Indian Trail

Stephanie Arlene Branniff, master of arts in teaching in elementary education (K-6); Kyle Mitchell Mills, master of business administration.

Marshville

Jacob Alexander Deese, doctor of physical therapy.

Matthews

Megan Kenney Raulston, master of arts in teaching in elementary education (K-6); Asa Alexander Mair, master of physician assistant studies; and Josh Swartzlander, doctor of education in educational leadership.

Monroe

Alanna Faith Underwood, master of arts in education in elementary education (K-6); Dawn Hager Lucas, master of arts in education in elementary education (K-6); and Trent Douglas Cox, doctor of physical therapy.

Waxhaw

Julia Lauren Chabai, master of physician assistant studies; Walter Carl Credle IV, master of physician assistant studies; and Kathleen Ann Maher, master of physician assistant studies.
